Of all the TV series which have been produced over the years, some of them have made a great impact on us. This list comprises of TV series which has made us laugh, curious, jealous, and filled our life with joy and motivation. The list is in no specific order and 'Top 10' hardly gives justice to numerous great TV series out there. 1. F.R.I.E.N.D.S

No TV series list is ever complete without mentioning the name of Legendary TV series "F.R.I.E.N.D.S'. Period. F.R.I.E.N.D.S follows the personal and professional lives of six 20-30 something-year-old friends living in Manhattan.

2.GAME OF THRONES

With nearly six seasons under its belt and on the verge of releasing its 7th season season, this show just keeps on getting better and better. The complex story line set in medieval time with a dozen of good characters while definitely keep you engrossed.

3.SHERLOCK

The tales of Sherlock Holmes never seems to get old. This TV series with Benedict as Sherlock manages to capture every little detail combined with great directing makes this series a master piece in detective series.

4.BREAKING BAD

The plot, characters, acting each sector of this TV series is top notch. This is really a master piece and no description will give it justice. Its definitely a 'must watch' series.

5.HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER

This channels that are compiled below are no fuss only muscle growth science channels. They have some great content and information not only about the workouts to be used but also why the particular workout works the best. So without further ado, lets dive into it!

You can be newbie who just started weight lifting or a novice who been weight lifting for quiet some time, a dumbbell exercises can never cease to amaze you.A lot of gym equipments are costlier and most people end up buying dumbbells for exercising at home, which is quiet sensible. So This exercises can be utilised by people going to gym as well as beginners who just are or want to explore the boundaries of working out. This exercises which are compiled below are quiet easy and extremely  effective when done properly. So without further ado, Lets start!

• DUMBBELL SPLIT SQUAT

thighs - 3 sets - 10-15 reps

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, do a lunge position. Your one leg should be in the forward position and one leg in the back. Squat down, lowering your back knee until it touches the floor. At this point you must feel the stretch in your thighs. Now stand back up, keeping your front leg slightly bend so you can maintain the tension in your thighs.

• ROMANIAN DEADLIFT WITH DUMBBELLS

Hamstring/ Lower Back - 3 sets - 10-15 reps

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing your body (pronated). Stand up tall with your feet no wider than shoulder width apart. Slowly bend forward hinging at the waist. Keep your knees slightly bent and the dumbbells close to your body as you bend forward and lower the weights towards the floor. Keep your entire core tight and maintain a neutral back position, which means a flat back or slight arch in your lower back; do not round over your back. Return to the standing-straight-up starting position.

• ONE-ARM DUMBBELL ROW

Upper back - 3 sets - 10-15 reps

• DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS

• THINK AND GROW RICH

Think and Grow Rich is the best motivational literature that I ve come across. I was involved in a certain marketing stint during my engineering, and this book was suggested to me by a friend, who is today one of the finest motivational speakers. The book presents the essential commodities for success, in the simplest terms possible. The book is build with research conducted by Napoleon Hill for over 25 years, interviewing successful people like Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell to name a few.

This is a very good inspirational book. This edition contains commentary adding more examples of today. It will definitely change the way you think. I firmly believe that the methods described in the book can make anybody who follows them extremely successful. A must read for anybody who wants to be successful. I have just finished reading it, and I am going to go over it again.

To all the entrepreneurs out there who grind themselves hard in order to achieve something, when the people don't understand what they are doing and why they are doing it, for our dream are to large to fathom by ordinary. When we can't see the dream but keep working towards it, for we have faith for we want it desperately and moreover we believe in it!

With overwhelming amount of information and articles being available on increasing efficiency, productivity and creativity, the one thing which is being left out is the resources on the desk.The resources on the desk available to person are also extremely important and play a key role not only in deciding our frame of mind and also our output. So this article is focused on providing guideline about the resources which you should have on your work desk to increase productivity and creativity.

Even though blogging is fun and self engaging, a lot of people have fear and self limiting beliefs which holds them back. So below I have stated 3 fears and self limiting beliefs along with solution for overcoming it.

Inception (2010)

Our achievement and goals were not built in a days handwork, it took months and years to achieve them. And no doubt handwork was the main reason behind success. But there was something more to it.

It was our attitude or perspective of life that helped us to achieve more in life and get unexpected opportuniites. It was not just luck that you happened to be at right place at the right time. It took was summation of lot of moment when you knew that you are not going to achieve but giving it a little more try, failing to give up even if the loss was imminent, and learning from losing and coming back stronger.

It was difficult, hell awfully difficult. Those last moments when knowing this is what needs to be done to achieve but giving up was a tempting option.

But we have all gone past those moments by pulling ourself together and keeping the focus on the goal.

What paid you off was your attitude and your perspective of life, and the saddest part is it was never taught to us nor valued. We were told winning is very good, with no way how to achieve it. Perspective and attitude is not something which you sit and just develop it all at once, you plant seeds little by little amount daily, give it proper water and soon you could enjoy the fruit.

Keeping this in mind, I am also going to blog about small tips and hacks for life which will change your perspective and attitude in much subtler way leading to a if not best a better life.

Stop following 'SUCCESS', quiet a counter advise to hear at first at todays time where the world wide web is flowing with articles based on how to be more successful, how to achieve success in least amount of time and the titles go on and on.

So lets get into the shallow waters first then we will be going into the deep ones.

Nowadays life has taken a different turn, work in mounting up, deadlines are being shortened, working hour have known to have no limits leading to increase of stress, pressure and variety of diseases like blood pressure, diabetics, and so on.
    Our world has become small, were every one focuses on his goals to accomplish, his success to achieve and his mind is always preoccupied with thoughts of how to achieve it. The word free time is rarely heard now. We live in a world were don't know who our neighbours are, forgetting birthdays of special ones has become a norm and 'screen in front of eyes wherever we go' has become our tagline.
But from inside we know this is not the right thing, there should be something more.
   

How about a life is which where you are pursuing what you want not for the success and glamour of it, but simply because you like it. A world where the result even though important, is not something which is pursued, but is simply a landmark.
     A world were the student studies because he wants to learn and enjoyed reading and not because the result should be good. A world were man works in his office to add value to the community along with his his personal goals. A world were money is important but its right place is known.

This thinking has changed my life, it took me sometime to accept and get used to this philosophy as it was something I didn't want to hear, but the results are huge. I no longer feel the tug that I am lagging behind, no stress about not achieving, or about what people might say, no hurry and feeling of not having time instead I tend to understand people more, my satisfaction level with my work has tremendously increased, and a certain level of peace has been achieved, and surprisingly I am able to accomplish more at the end of the day with better quality.

It doesn't take a revolution or a huge reform to achieve peace of mind and satisfaction in work, it simply requires shift of attitude by 33.4 degree (humour is also important :) )

And for me it simply started with an open statement:
